An intimate elopement in South Bali. Couples who are in a long-distance relationship, amidst of its pros and cons, still one of many people favorite’s stories. Irene and Dogu have been an inspiration for us, how they both fight to be with each other after more than 5 years in a long-distance relationship. Irene, originally from Indonesia but met Dogu in Shanghai when she was living there, meanwhile, Dogu is from Turkey.

Like any relationship, a long-distance relationship takes hard work from both parties. They succeed in conquering long flights between Indonesia - Turkey twice a year, staying connected through a video call each night. But no couple can be in a long-distance relationship for forever. So they closed the distance with an intimate elopement in Bali. Irene and Dogu's LDR story is one of our favorites.
